At Neuro Inclusion Education, we believe neurodiversity should be understood, valued and celebrated. We work alongside children, young people, adults, families, schools and local authorities to create practical, evidence-informed support that builds confidence, independence and lasting success.
Founder, Fay Ryder is a specialist teacher, neurodiversity coach and assessor with more than twenty years of experience supporting learners across the United Kingdom, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
Throughout her career she has worked within a wide range of education systems, giving her a broad international perspective on inclusive practice while recognising that every learner deserves to feel understood, respected and able to succeed.
